Data we process
StratIQ stores the account details you provide at sign-up, the trading engines and broker accounts you connect, and the operational records those engines send — scanner setups, orders, positions, trades, engine health and audit events.
How data is isolated
All operational records are scoped to your user account and to the specific engine that produced them. Database-level row security prevents any other tenant from reading your data.
Credentials
Engine API keys are stored only as irreversible SHA-256 hashes. Raw keys are displayed once at creation and are never retrievable afterwards. StratIQ never receives or stores your broker login credentials.
Retention and removal
You can disconnect an engine at any time, which revokes its keys. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated operational history.
